Support Policy

We offer support for the IconPress plugin on https://customers.iconpress.io/support/.

Please note that support responses might take up to 1 day. If you are submitting a bug request please provide the following in your message (so we can speed up the process):

  1. URL to your website
  2. User and password for an administrator account (you can create a temporary one so the support agents can use it to login)
  3. FTP credentials so support agents can properly investigate the problem
  4. Detailed explanation of the problem as well the steps to reproduce it

Item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions
  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included 3rd party assets

However, item support does not include:

  • Customization services
  • Help with included 3rd party assets or services as they provide their own help desk and documentation
